Returns & Right to Cancel

This policy applies to all goods, including cosmetics and accessories, purchased by consumers through rcpcosmetics.com from RCP Cosmetics, in every country we deliver to.
Right to cancel for goods
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (RCP Cosmetics, Dorpsstraat 169, 3481ED Harmelen, The Netherlands, email: support@rcpcosmetics.com, telephone: +31 6 14917868) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. You do not need our prior approval to exercise this right.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us. We will do so without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We do not charge a restocking fee.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at RCP Cosmetics, Dorpsstraat 169, 3481ED Harmelen, The Netherlands, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Opening or using a product does not automatically exclude your right to cancel.
Please package the goods securely for their return. Use the original packaging where possible, but original packaging is not a condition for exercising your right to cancel.
Our additional 30-day return period
In addition to your statutory 14-day right to cancel, we extend the period for notifying us of a return to 30 days after you or your designated third party receives the last good. After notifying us, send the goods back within 14 days. The same return and reimbursement rules described above apply during this extended period. This additional benefit does not limit your statutory rights, including your rights if goods are faulty or do not conform to your order.

Using this form is optional. A clear statement by email or post is also sufficient.
Cancelling before or after dispatch
You may also cancel before delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if you would like us to stop dispatch. If the parcel has already been sent, your right to cancel remains in place and you can return the goods as described above.
Exchanges and problems with an order
If you would prefer an exchange, or your goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or incomplete, contact support@rcpcosmetics.com. An order number and, where relevant, photos can help us resolve the issue. Your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected; the direct return-cost rule for a change of mind does not limit those rights.
